- Jill Mitchell Added February 08, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrific experience!! Will never recommend a particular dental technician. Was told had 2 options root canal or extraction as I had a bit of a abcess so opted for extraction. Numbing gel went on then straight in with the needle then started to pull tooth could still feel everything so put my hand up and more anaesthetic then started to pull tooth again put both my hands up to stop and feet were lifting off the chair, I was in tears as the pain was so horrendous he didn't acknowledge that I was telling him to stop.
No antibiotics or nothing for infection afterwards was told just put these swabs in your mouth for clotting and I was left with a huge hole in my gum.
I have been in excruciating pain since in with jaw, been to another dentist in the meantime that has given me medication and taken good care of my butcher job and pain has settled down.
On my second round of antibiotics just goes to show how big infection was.
Other dentist was blown away by his actions that they pulled a tooth knowing what was under it.
I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THAT PARTICULAR DENTAL TECHNICIAN!! - Keith Ratcliffe Added February 08, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to have a filling replaced. Was told three were missing. 22 minutes later I was out and finished and out of pocket $585.00. I don't care how many "item numbers" you put on the bill, this cannot be justified. Why are so many services in Toowoomba so expensive compared to Brisbane??.
